Caroline and Steve had a beautiful Fort Myers Beach wedding At the Pink Shell Beach Resort and Marina. We were happy to have them come all the way from Chicago Il to celebrate their special day, especially given the cold winter weather! They wanted to share their wedding day with close family and friends out on the beach, and having a Pink Shell Wedding is the perfect place. We started with the girls getting ready up in Caroline’s room. We captured great details from her gorgeous floral bouquet to her delicate jewelry.
As Caroline was getting ready to meet Steve, he was in place waiting for the first look. The first look makes for a great picture opportunity. To capture a grooms expression is priceless. Their first look took place in the butterfly garden at the Pink Shell. This is a little shaded greenery cove off to the side of the property that makes for a very intimate a great location for a first look. As you can see in the pictures Steve had a great reaction and Caroline was smitten with her groom as well.
There ceremony took place beach side and the couple had a friend officiate. Caroline and Steve said their “I dos” and the guests cheered as they were pronounced husband and wife. Cocktail hour was started and guests were ready to have fun with the newly married couple. It was so sweet when they had their first dance as husband and wife poolside, surrounded by their family and friends.
Caroline and Steve had a great reception that followed with cake cutting, dancing and reminiscing with each other and the guests. We were so happy to be a part of their special day.
